Tattoo question?My grandfather recently passed and I'm going to get a tattoo for him with my grandmother?

, which is totally shocking but I told her what I wanted to get and she started crying and said she wanted to pay for it, anyways I'm a little stuck on where to get it. I already have two one next to my hip bone and one on my arm kinda over my bicep I guess is where you would say it was...,under my upper arm? Anyways what I want to get is the words "Gotcha Last" but with no quotations because it's a game me and my grandfather and my 3 other siblings would always play with him whenever we walked by and it ended up just being a way of saying hello and goodbye. So the only factor about this that would affect my decision is the price because my family is not wealthy and my grandmother just had to spend over 5 grand on a wake and service so the place starts out at 80 dollars and goes up my first idea was behind my ear however the artist said she may not be able to fit it there and that would be 80, then I thought the back of my neck and she said if we did that she would probably get it around where my shoulders start and it would be around 120 so my other ideas were the side of my upper thigh, above my heart, and the back of my calf. Any opinions/ideas? Remember it's my grandmother taking me so no where too noticeable. Thanks!
