Hi i just want to clarify the correct form of this sentence?

person involved in sending a quotation and terms to our customer wrote this kind of sentence on the Delivery Terms says: Delivery : 5 working days upon receipt of confirmed P.O which i think kinda wrong. am i right? is there any wrong grammar or use of vocabulary in that sentence. which i think receipt should be received? please enlighten me. ^________________^
