Neighborhood games ideas?

So listen up, I really want a "neighborhood game." The kind of game you play on Saturday nights in the summer, with a huge group of friends. Something like manhunt, scavenger hunt, humans and zombies, anything of the sort! I want something that involves teams, spies, walkie talkies ever, ANYTHING! Do you have any ideas? Or maybe something you do with your friends? I'd love to hear it! Thanks :)
