How to Convice My Mom to Have a Manhunt Party?

My birthday is in 2 weeks or so. In my school, we go to this deli/ice cream store and park after school, a street away, on Fridays. After, a lot of the time someone invites lots of people to go to their house after and play Manhunt or hang in their basement or something. I want to have a party after the deli and play manhunt with my friends ( boys and girls, but i'm pretty sure my mom doesn't care about that) but she keeps saying no. My dad said he'll convince her, but i think he'll forget or something. Its just to play Manhunt. It doesn't really matter i think, but if you must know, i'm twelve. Can someone tell me how to convince her? I really want to have this party. Thanks in advance, i hope people actually answer!
