How do I know he likes me?

So there is this boy at my family camp hes cute and we are in the same age catagories and when we play tag outside or manhunt hide the flag in the dark he always smiles at me and stuff :) He just acts nice around me and I'm friends with his sister ??? Help I wanna date him
