How do i convince my parents to let me play manhunt?

i wanted to play manhunt tonite but my parents said no..... i hav no idea why... theyve only let me go once.... an i missed alot of games (manhunt) and i only get to play weni sleep over my frends house.... i always ask but they say no and i hate it..... i really want to play and wen i go to school my frends always talk about how fun it was... i get invited all the times but my parents always say no and i always get amocinal cuz thats like the way i am.....then wen i ask them why they always act like it doesnt matter that i sad or anything all they do is get mad..... i really want to know how to convince them to let me play... ive tryed it good for ur running and thats all..
