Can a teacher mark down my essay if I wrote in mirror writing?

Part of a writer's job is to make the reader's job as easy as possible. Mirror writing would frustrate that end and indicate a lack of awareness of the audience, which is important in persuasive writing. Also, the question was about the sancity of life; how does mirror writing relate to the question at hand?
