Boy help crazy crush?

Ok so i really like this boy but he is '' my cousin' but NOT BY BLOOD only marage im 15 but idk if he likes me or he acts like this to all the girl. this is what he does, makes me laugh even when he is not funny but like how he pokes my sides and i always joke around saying that it hurts but he still does it. then we like chase around the house playing manhunt and stuff but he always tells me i suck at it so thats what gets me wondering if he likes me or not. he like ''farts'' around me and acts like he doesnt care and when i talk to him about stuff he doesnt really take it serious he tells me he ''doesnt really care'' which annoys me but for some reason i still like him! so i dont know what to do and i will probably never find out because i am NEVER going to just be like hey do u like me haha. so can someone help me and tell me what you guys think of this whole situation. thanks :)
